One of the reasons I enjoy being a professional photographer is knowing that essentially you are a historian of the present. There is a profound sense of purpose in knowing that the shutter click you just made has frozen a moment that will never happen again. Capturing these fleeting memories allows me to connect with people through visual storytelling, preserving their stories for generations to come.
