This one is special. 🌙💓
If you knew the things my big sister has been through and what she’s overcome.. you would be in awe of her the way I am. We HATED each other growing up. We argued constantly and even fist fought more times than I can count. Then she moved away and we became best friends LOL. But now, watching her step into motherhood, I’m at a loss for words.
She is selfless, attentive, caring, gentle.. and her sweet baby is not even two months old yet! I’m so proud of the woman she’s become and the mother she already is.
Watching my brother in law accept the weight of responsibility that comes from not just fathering a child, but being a dad, has also been such a gift. I can’t wait to watch as he gets wrapped tighter and tighter around that little girl’s finger.
To my sweet Luna girl- I have prayed for you long before you were in your mama’s belly. You are so wanted. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are SO loved. It is one of the great joys of my life to get to be your aunt.
