who are learning how to find safety in being misunderstood, in changing your mind when something doesn’t feel right, or recognizing how making yourself small has never benefited you

I see you because I am you. The lover girl & big feeler.

And it’s great because you genuinely create places of safety, of visibility, you care deeply about people, you have so much love in your heart to give to your family, friends, and to the world

But I understand the hard days where it feels heavy, in you learning how to protect your energy feels uncomfortable because of that boundary you’re trying to set, or the world feels like it’s on fire (bc it is lol), or you realize that one situation wasn’t what you thought it was, or you just simply need a day for yourself & a deep breath

Carving out space yourself feels like a rollercoaster, and self care is a practice, but it is something you’ll never regret doing. Just know I’m fcking proud of you 🫡
