Our store is gone, so you don't need to worry about our response to Covid-19. Personally Thelma and I are taking the reasonable precautions and though we miss our friends in Aiken, we're huddling at home.

What make and model is it
Were the batteries taken out out before it was put away, so they didn’t corrode and ruin it

We closed the last store a few years ago and moved to Marietta, but still have fond memories of Aiken.

And while I was teaching on a Crystal cruise in Alaska’s Inside Passage a couple of weeks ago, customer Jim Brown came to the podium to say that he missed the store on Laurens Street. Thanks Jim - so do I!

We offered photo booths starting back in 2009, and Aiken embraced the idea.

Now we're reopening South Carolina Photo Booths, beginning as soon as next week. Chris will still be involved but Carla and Vince Cloud will be at the helm. And you couldn't ask for a better team!

Even though the stores are closed, Thelma and I are enjoying our life in Marietta. Stay tuned for exciting news in January - our photo booth business is coming back to Aiken!

Just a reminder, Chris' Camera Center has closed permanently and Chris has pretty much retired.

The only camera store left in South Carolina is Spartan Photo in Spartanburg.

Our photo booth service, South Carolina Photo Booths, will be back in operation with an Aiken headquarters in January 2019.

I feel like that old SNL routine about Francisco Franco - is still dead. I'm not dead but happily retired to Marietta where we're closer to our kids and grandchildren. And not entirely retired at that. HotlantaPhotoBooths.com is my new pastime.

It's been a while since I closed the store but I still think fondly of (most of) my customers. Enjoying retirement, and we do miss Aiken.
