It has been a minute since I shared anything on here. Taking time away from social, and giving myself permission not to post personally and professionally has been a gift. Life is not in these squares. Friendships and real relationships are not either. If you need a sign to ditch social for your daily updating here it is🎉 My kids are growing too fast to spend too much time here. I’m convinced in five years these squares will likely be outdated, but what I pour into my family will not. However…I do like staying in touch and right now this is the easiest way to reach many of you. In case you didn’t know, some big things happened this year. ❤️ A long awaited baby, Amelianna Marie joined our family this fall and we could not be more grateful for her little life and the joy it’s brought our family. Here is a little hope you look into the eyes of those you love and hold the things that really matter a little tighter. 💫The seven DeFrehns wish you a Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 🙏🏻

I don’t take this photo for granted. After a year of little harvest, both literally and figuratively, we have such an abundance this summer. I’m so excited to fill our veggie stand, the neighbors porches, and our own bellies. Everything just tastes extra sweet right now. 💕
