Pro Tip: Value pictures of your family NOW. Don’t wait until it’s too late. It gives new meaning when a loved one is diagnosed with an illness. Trust me, I know from personal experience.

Most of you know my precious Momma received her colon cancer diagnosis last November 2023. I scheduled pictures in May 2024 on her birthday and I’m so glad I did because the chemo is changing her appearance. She’s still just as beautiful but nothing will ever take the place of those last pictures taken back in May. My sweet, precious Momma. 😭🙏

Photography has a new meaning to me now. We are never promised tomorrow so I go into the session with that mindset. Time speeds up the older we get it seems so don’t wait until it’s too late. Sometimes you just have to put your foot down and GET IT DONE.

I understand the struggle of getting everyone’s schedules to align, figuring out wardrobe, then getting everyone there on time. I know it’s stressful but in the end you will feel so relieved once you look at your beautiful pictures. All the stress, all the headache WILL BE SO WORTH IT!
