The best Easter yet 💛
Feeling beyond grateful that my mom was spend it with us, out of the hospital and on two feet! We turned dinner into a full experience this year, serving one course at a time, and it ended up being the most fun and one the best meals we’ve ever had (cooked by me or in a restaurant).
Every single dish was unreal. The blueberry mint + lavender chilled soup might’ve been my favorite… but honestly, it’s impossible to choose when the desserts, sides, and main were all that good and each were equally bursting with flavor. The carrot cake was the best I’ve made, that was one of Cody’s favorite of the desserts. The butter cake was also dreamy. I can’t even compare the starters, sides and main. It was just unreal good.
We wrapped it up with an egg hunt, lots of laughs, and a slow, cozy evening. Truly one of those days you wish you could bottle up forever 🤍
