It's been quite a while since I last posted. I haven't had many opportunities to get out and about but I put this together as a gift to my barn owner and it was too special not to share. We had lost miss Jersey about a month before these were all taken but it wouldn't have been complete without her. Enjoy

The best weekend of the year starts tomorrow!! I want to give a huge shout out and good luck to my former boss Booli Selmayr- Fox Valley Sport Horses with the big man Lance! It was a privilege to be part of his journey from prelim through advanced and now I’m so excited to watch you guys rock around Kentucky!!

Had a bit of fun out at the Event Academy schooling HT at Stable View. Always one of my favorite venues to shoot at. I was there watching Shannon Elizabethride our sale horse, Audaz, around the training and caught a couple others as well!

We had such beautiful fall weather this week that, when combined with the gorgeous afternoon lighting, made for some stunning photos. I can shoot action shots all day long, and I enjoy myself, but these are the type of photos that got me into photography in the first place. I'm a bit out of practice but the perfect conditions really made up for it.

I had some extra time in between rides at Larkin this weekend and brought my camera along to have a little fun. A couple jump rounds from Prelim and then Cooper's dressage on his new pony. Hoping to get out to shows a bit more this winter in Aiken!

After some routine maintenance meant three days in a stall, McFly was sure happy to go back out with his buddies.

Unfortunately when dealing with two subjects at a distance its difficult to be precise with your focus, but these were still to priceless not to share.
