A friend turned me on to this! I would love to do something like this here in Abilene! Would anyone be interested???

LOVE THY NEIGHBOR... and that's just what happened!

I love our military community!

What a memory I'll cherish forever. And when it was over, I cried... so many emotions, but this night gave me so much joy for everyone.

As soon as my friend showed me this idea, I decided to go for it. I reached out on my neighborhood page and had people message me their address. I had 76 families. 76!!!!

I started drawing maps (which turns out were no help at all, LOL!) -- and asked Kristine and Brittany, two of my best friends, to help me navigate our route, check off addresses, and play some of our favorite jams! It was amazing. I would randomly post my location so people could be ready. It was like "Where's Waldo," but "Where's the photographer?"

We had so much creativity, a pregnancy announcement, someone who cut their hair for donation and wanted to celebrate it, some super cool themes (FRIENDS!), costumes, and just families happy to get a family photo. I loved everyone's participation in this!! Bravo guys!!!!!

WE NEEDED THIS. We all need to love our neighbor, to be kind, to smile, and to help each other. I feel like I have so many new friends and it makes me so happy!!!

I went house to house... jumping in and out of my car, about 1 minute per house, and took a photo for them to cherish because you know what? THE WORLD IS SCARY right now. We are quarantined to our homes. We are asked to social distance from each other. We are asked to be safe, wash hands, and take this seriously.

We can all do our part and stay home as much as possible. Wash your hands. Keep your distance... but always love your neighbor. (even if its Johnny McNugget who lets his dog bark all night, lol!)

I felt it in my heart to give people a little bit of sunshine & I hope we can all smile and enjoy these.

OBH -- YOU ALL ROCK! My heart is full!

*These were all shot well over 10 feet away (I was on the road and before our Govenor closed down all non-essential businesses!)... I also did this totally free.
