5. Don't waste your energy on solving problems that aren't yours.

LEARN TO LIVE WITHOUT ATTACHMENT

1. Show loyalty to yourself by not letting people walk all over you.

2. "Letting go" may be the hardest you'll ever attempt but when it happens, it sets you free.

3. You can change your entire life by altering your thoughts & fuellling more positive words, emotions & actions.

4. Most suffering comes from the way you respond, not the way life is. Adjust your attitude, & all that extra suffering is gone.

5. Focus on what you want. Things don't get easier, you just become less attached.

6. Be grateful for everything you've been through that helped you grow.

7. Practice mindfulness to help alleviate depression & anxiety.

8. Discover the things that inspire you, become the best you can be at the things you're passionate about.

9. Find calmness & peace by immersing yourself in the moment Forgive. Move on.

10. Don't ruin your day by looking back at yesterday. Be present "Now"

Every day I visit the Orphans and homeless in my village and neighbouring village to tell them not only rich people who can help the needy, Orphans and homeless it's from good heart, Marcy and faith and you can help someone even if you don't have enough and I continue to tell them to believe in God everything will be fine because God can left you from nothing to something
