Кяриз - древние следы возрастом около 3000 лет

Следы находятся в Иране, в городе Гонабад - их возраст около 3000 лет. Это следы древнейшего гидротехнического сооружения под названием кяриз. Это одно из самых великих творений древней эпохи. Простыми словами - это водопровод.

Для начала искали водоносный слой, для чего прокапывался колодец глубиной от 20 до 200 метров. Далее прокапывали подземный тоннель, который выводил воду к городу, расположенному в низменности. Кяриз сопровождался вертикальными шахтами для вентиляции и обслуживания.

Длина самого древнего кяриза в Иране, содержащий 427 колодцев, составляет 33 км и он внесен в список Всемирного Наследия ЮНЕСКО. Наклон подземного канала в этих сооружениях делали минимальным, чтобы уменьшить скорость потока воды, тем самым обеспечивая сохранность стенок канала. Плюс кяриза в том, что вода под землей не испаряется и к тому же образуется дополнительный конденсат, и не зависимо от погодных условий вода поступала круглогодично.
