A new library and museum complex opened up in Taichung, and I took my new 100mm prime along for the ride. The architects did a great job with how the light is playful when you're inside the building, though the outside is a bit more boxy than I would have expected for this kind of modern development....

Well, here it is - my final favorite shots from my recent Australia trip. This is part 4, which means 20 shots that I'm happy with, which is pretty good for a month worth of photography... Of those twenty, I think two will make it to my portfolio, including the last one here, which was basically the last shot I took before I packed up my camera bag to head back to Taiwan. The morning light finally delivered something really special!

Best of my Australia Trip, Part 3 - The adventure continues! Finally started getting some great light, and took full advantage with some lovely early morning seascapes.

Best of my Australia trip, part 2. Besides the beach shot, the other four shots all come from Angourie, which I had explored many times before. I always end up with pictures I love when I go there - it could be my favorite place to shoot in the world at this point! I'm glad my dad and I got to take the trip south so I had the opportunity to photograph there for a couple of hours at sunrise.

I always enjoy my time in Australia, not least because it gives me the chance to do some photography. This time I was on the Sunshine Coast, which offered new subjects and places for me to explore. Here's part 1 of my favorite photos from the trip.
