這陣子在上感官風味相關的課，發現有些感受原來是可以透過一些方式去挖掘的，對pairing似乎能察覺到更多的層次：咖啡跟甜點本身、還有他們相互搭配的加乘效果，都有更多新的體悟這次 .salon 請來亞洲50最佳甜點主廚 設計跟咖啡pairi...

這陣子在上感官風味相關的課，
發現有些感受原來是可以透過一些方式去挖掘的，
對pairing似乎能察覺到更多的層次：
咖啡跟甜點本身、還有他們相互搭配的加乘效果，都有更多新的體悟

這次 .salon 請來亞洲50最佳甜點主廚 設計跟咖啡pairing的甜點
每道甜點都像是一個地景創作
需要先欣賞一陣子才忍心吃下去
吃下去後又是一連串驚喜的味覺體驗⚪️🟢🟡🔘

無法形容有多喜歡retro-futurism的設計風格， 幾乎打中很多我視覺上的喜好，配色、幾何流線、燈光、材質的選擇，還有一種過去對「未來」的想像，最後很反差地擺上大量的熱帶植物，讓人不會忘記這裡是溫暖的峇里島🏝️然後東西竟然意外地好吃🫢
