此情況不僅侵害本品牌設計成果的原創性，亦造成部分消費者誤認 THE ATELIER 與其他業者存在合作、代理或授權關係。

特此澄清並聲明如下：

THE ATELIER 所有婚紗與禮服作品，皆為旗下設計師團隊獨家設計，未曾授權任何第三方進行仿製或生產。

在臺灣，THE ATELIER 已設立唯一官方據點「THE ATELIER TAIWAN 旗艦店」，由其獨家提供品牌婚紗禮服與成衣之展示、租賃及銷售服務。THE ATELIER 未與臺灣任何業者存在合作、代理、經銷或授權關係，亦未授權任何廠商生產本品牌服飾或類似款式。
