Sometimes, photographing flowers is simply a reason to get out of the house and embrace nature.

On this beautiful morning, a group of friends who share a love for flowers and photography met at the Botanical Garden to photograph the blooming lotus flowers.

Afterward, we sat down together for coffee, chatting, laughing, and enjoying the slow pace of the morning.

Moments like these remind us that photography is not just about taking pictures—it’s about staying curious, staying active, and creating meaningful memories with friends.

拍花也許只是一個讓人願意走出家門、親近自然的理由。

清晨的空氣特別清新，我們一群喜歡追花的同好們趁著起大早到植物園拍荷花，拍完到附近喝喝咖啡，真的很舒服。

清晨植物園就很多人，有人運動，有人賞花，有人拍鳥，好不熱鬧。

其實，每次出門按下快門，帶回家的從來不只是照片，還有曬過太陽的好心情、越走越有力氣的好體力，以及與朋友相聚的歡笑聲。

也許最好的養生，不一定是在家休息，而是還願意出門看看風景，願意和朋友相約同行，願意對生活保持好奇。

健康與快樂，往往就藏在每天願意開心跨出家門的那一步。

This semester, students from the Wanhua Community College Mobile Photography Class have been taking photos from spring into summer, learning to observe everyday life through their phones, capture light and shadow, and gradually tell their own stories through images.

Many of these works were not created with expensive cameras, but with eyes willing to pause and truly see, and with hearts that cherish life.

This time, we will be holding our Mobile Photography Student Exhibition at Bopiliao Historic Block, showcasing the learning achievements of students from both the Thursday and Saturday classes.

這學期萬華社大手機攝影班的同學們，從春天拍到夏天，學習用手機觀察生活、捕捉光影，也慢慢拍出屬於自己的故事。

很多作品不是來自昂貴相機，而是來自一雙願意停下來觀看的眼睛，以及一顆熱愛生活的心。

這次，我們將在剝皮寮歷史街區舉辦手機攝影成果展，展出週四班與週六班同學們一學期的學習成果。

我們也邀請104高年級的同學們一起來展出他們優秀的作品。

也許你會在照片裡，看見熟悉的街角、溫柔的光影、生活中的感動；也許你會發現，原來手機攝影不只是拍照，更是重新看見生活的方式。

誠摯邀請大家來走走、看看，給同學們一份鼓勵，也一起感受這份「有溫度的日常」。

In this age where everyone carries a smartphone, we take photos every day.

But over time, I’ve realized that the greatest gift photography brings is often not the photos themselves.

Because of photography, we are willing to step outside our homes. Because of photography, we make new friends. And because of photography, we learn to notice and appreciate the beauty in everyday life.

Recently, I had the pleasure of being invited to the Podcast to share my second chapter in life and talk about how smartphone photography has transformed my journey.

在人手一機的時代，我們每天都在拍照。

但我慢慢發現，攝影帶給大家最大的收穫，往往不只是照片。

而是因為攝影，我們願意走出家門；因為攝影，認識了更多朋友；也因為攝影，重新看見生活中的美好。

最近很開心受邀到 分享我的第二人生，也聊聊手機攝影如何改變我的人生。

Recently, I was invited to be a guest on “The Soul Tree Hollow”, a podcast hosted by Aquarius Lady.

This time, we didn’t talk about photography techniques. Instead, we talked about my second chapter in life.

After leaving the electronics industry, I began accompanying thousands of mature adults on their journey of learning smartphone photography. Along the way, I gradually realized that what I teach is not just photography.

What I truly hope to do is use photography as a reason for people to step outside, make new friends, and rediscover their confidence, passion, and joy in life.

最近受邀上了 #水瓶女的第二人生實驗室 的 Podcast。

這次沒有聊攝影技巧，而是聊聊我的第二人生。

從電子業離職後，到陪伴上萬位熟齡朋友學習手機攝影，我慢慢發現，自己教的其實不只是拍照。

我更希望透過攝影，給大家一個走出家門、認識朋友、重新找回自信與熱情的理由。

這些年，看著許多長輩從不敢拍，到拍出感動自己的作品；從不敢出門，到一起追火車、拍日出、看星空。

A little while ago, the weather was incredibly hot. Standing under the sun for just a few minutes was enough to make us sweat, but the beautiful light and shadows made it all worthwhile.

This time, I brought a group of photography-loving friends to the century-old Shanjia Railway Station. From the charming wooden architecture of the old station, to the contrast between the old and new station buildings, and the trains rushing past the platforms, every corner had its own story to tell.

Some people chased light and shadows, while others chased trains.

Some focused on portrait photography, while others captured the blue sky and the vibrant phoenix flowers in bloom.

At the same location and at the same moment, everyone saw the world through a different lens. And that, to me, is one of the most fascinating things about photography.

It’s not just about taking pictures—it’s about discovering unique perspectives, sharing experiences, and finding beauty in the ordinary.

前一陣子的天氣真的爆熱，站在太陽底下沒多久就開始流汗，但光影變得特別迷人。

這次帶著一群熱愛攝影的夥伴來到山佳百年車站，從老車站的木造建築、新舊車站同框，到月台邊呼嘯而過的火車，每個角落都有屬於它的故事。

有人追光影，有人追火車。
有人專心拍人像，也有人拍藍天與鳳凰花。

同樣的景點，同樣的時間，每個人的視角卻都不一樣。這也是攝影最迷人的地方。

「啊！原來這裡還可以這樣拍！」

拍累了，大夥兒一起窩進舒服的咖啡館裡吹冷氣。喝一口冰涼的咖啡，一邊翻看著相機裡剛出爐的照片，聊構圖、聊光線，更多的是聊著彼此的生活點滴。笑聲此起彼落，那份愜意，比什麼都珍貴。
我一直覺得，最美的風景不一定在鏡頭裡。

謝謝一起頂著烈日的每一位夥伴。有你們同行，再熱的天，都是最棒的攝影日！

#亞洲大學拍到不想回家

This time, I led a group of photography enthusiasts on a photo trip to Asia University.

It happened to be the season when the golden shower trees (Cassia fistula) and flame trees were in full bloom. Under the bright blue sky, the golden blossoms and fiery red flowers created a stunning scene — every corner looked like a painting waiting to be photographed.

The weather was absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect day for photography.

這次帶著一群熱愛攝影的夥伴來到亞洲大學旅拍。
正值阿勃勒與鳳凰木盛開的季節，
藍天、黃花、紅花同框，怎麼拍都像一幅畫。
天氣真的很好，
當然，也真的很熱。


中午最熱的時候，我們走進亞洲大學美術館，看到 #宮島達男 的 #眾生共命 展覽，搭配 #安藤忠雄 的建築光影，真的太好拍了！
數字、光影、線條、空間感，
每一個角落都像在等我們按下快門。
大家拍到不想走。
我忍不住說：
「再不走，我們今天就要變成台中兩天一夜了啦！」
沒想到同學馬上接話：
「老師，下次也可以喔！」

There is a kind of class where everyone becomes quieter the more they shoot.

In this smartphone macro photography class,
everyone focused on capturing water droplets, moved closer to flower petals to find tiny details,
and shared the photos they had just taken with one another.

The results were truly full of surprises.

有一種課，大家越拍越安靜。

這堂手機微距攝影課，
大家認真拍水滴、靠近花瓣找細節，

同學之間彼此分享剛剛拍到作品

「你剛剛怎麼拍的？」
「這個角度好漂亮！」
「光線從這邊進來比較好。」

微距攝影很迷人，
心要靜，手要穩
從一顆水滴、一片花瓣、一點泡泡
看到一整個宇宙

大家一起共學、一起拍到忘我
不知不覺天就黑了

#北海岸放風
#兩人小放風

I went to the North Coast with my wife for a little getaway.

No itinerary.
We simply decided together where we wanted to go.

We arrived at Yehliu,
with the sea in the distance, mountains before our eyes,
and a wide, clear blue sky above us.

和太太一起到北海岸放風。

沒有行程，
就是想去哪，兩人講好就好。

我們來到野柳，
遠方是海，眼前是山，抬頭是一大片乾淨的藍。

路邊的百合花開得正好，
白色花瓣迎著海風，安靜卻很有力量。

不期而遇看到淡水大橋夕陽。
天空慢慢變成橘紅色，海面有光，船影有故事。

最美的風景，不一定是最壯觀的地方，
而是身邊有人一起看見。

這次的北海岸，
有野柳的藍，有百合的白，有夕陽的紅，
也有我們兩個人簡單的小放風。
