Just one week ago, we were together, sailing on the beautiful Mediterranean. These were unforgettable moments from our Treasures of Turkey journey.

Now, some of you have continued on another European adventure with Insight Vacations, while others have returned home safely. Wherever you are today, I hope you are happy and well. I already miss you all and the wonderful moments we shared. 💙🌊

At Lone Pine, Anzac Cove and Chunuk Bair, silence says more than words. These places remind us of courage, loss, sacrifice, and the deep human cost of war.

May we remember all innocent lives lost, in every country and in every time. And may remembrance lead us not to hatred, but to compassion, understanding, and a stronger wish for peace.

Last night’s optional cooking experience turned into one of those beautiful travel memories: cooking together, laughing together, and then sitting down to enjoy the food we prepared.

A wonderful buffet, warm conversations, and the joy of sharing Turkish flavors with our Insight Vacations family on Treasures of Turkey.

This morning, we began our day walking through the beautiful old town of Antalya, Kaleiçi.

We wandered through its narrow streets, past old Ottoman houses, hidden courtyards and traces of the Roman past. The sun was shining, the Mediterranean was never far away, and we simply enjoyed being there together.

Sometimes the best part of travelling is not only what you see, but the feeling of walking through a place, taking your time, and sharing the moment.

A beautiful morning in this beautiful mediterranean town, Antalya. ☀️🌊🇹🇷.

Walking through Cumalıkızık feels like stepping into the living memory of Bursa.

With its narrow cobbled streets, colorful Ottoman houses, wooden balconies, village breakfast tables, homemade jams, chestnut trees, mountain air, and warm local people, this village tells a story that is still alive.

Once, during the cold winters, women would weave, cook, preserve, and keep the rhythm of village life alive inside these old homes. Today, Cumalıkızık still carries that spirit: simple, authentic, and beautifully timeless.

A little village at the foot of Uludağ, but a great treasure of Turkey.

Koza Han, the historic Silk Market of Bursa…

For centuries, silk cocoons, fine fabrics, merchants, travelers, and stories passed through this beautiful courtyard. Today, under the old plane trees, with Turkish tea in hand, we still feel the spirit of the Silk Road.

Bursa is not only a city we visit. It is a city we touch through its tiles, taste through its food, and feel through its silk.

We had an amazing journey through Türkiye with guests from all over the world, and then we gathered in a cozy restaurant for one final evening together.

The food was wonderful, the conversations flowed effortlessly, and the friendships we formed made this evening the perfect final highlight of our trip.

They may call it a farewell dinner, but it wasn’t a real goodbye. We will meet again—on another adventure or somewhere unexpected in this beautiful world.

Once upon a time, these camels travelled from caravanserai to caravanserai along ancient trade routes. Today, they take adventurous travellers for a short ride through the magical landscapes of Cappadocia. 🐪🎈

But even the most colourful stars need a lunch break! We caught this charming caravan enjoying their meal and refuelling for the next adventure. 😄🌿

Like Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, she captures your attention with her quiet beauty—but her hands are constantly moving, knot by knot, transforming silk into art.

She is more than a carpet weaver. She is an artist, a guardian of tradition and a living treasure of Türkiye. Every carpet carries a part of her patience, talent and story.
