Burak Bulut Hakkında;

Burak Bulut’un 2005 yılından bu yana fotoğrafla iç içe geçirdiği 15 senesi şöyle geçti:
Aralarında Turkcell, Eczacıbaşı, Borusan, The Marmara Otel, Reklam Ajansları, Belediyeler ve Devlet Kurumları vb. Burak Bulut Fotoğraf Atölyesi’nde 5000 fotoğrafçı yetiştirdi.

Two hours after the global launch, I photographed this ballet sequence at Sony Kando in Bavaria with the new Sony α7R VI and FE 100–400mm F4.5 GM OSS.

The α7R VI feels like a serious combination of high resolution and speed, while the new 100–400mm F4.5 GM OSS gave me the reach, compression and sharpness I wanted against the Bavarian mountains.

Dünya lansmanından iki saat sonra, Sony Kando için bulunduğumuz Bavyera’da yeni Sony α7R VI ve FE 100–400mm F4.5 GM OSS ile bu balerin serisini çektim.

α7R VI yüksek çözünürlük ve hızı güçlü biçimde bir araya getirirken, yeni 100–400mm F4.5 GM OSS dağlar önünde istediğim erişimi, sıkıştırmayı ve keskinliği verdi.

Recently, I was invited by Sony Europe to attend the Sony World Photography Awards 2026 in London — a beautiful two-day programme with Sony Alpha photographers, journalists, and Sony teams from around the world. I was there together with dear Cem Kıvırcık ( ) , representing Sony Türkiye.

Before the ceremony, we had a private programme at the National Gallery, including conversations with Joel Meyerowitz and this year’s award-winning photographers. I also had the chance to visit the exhibition early and speak with curator Monica Allende about the photography book I am currently curating, soon to be published in Berlin.

The awards night was emotional and memorable. Seeing Citlali Fabián () named Photographer of the Year, and seeing 15-year-old Doğa Ergün from Türkiye recognised in the Youth Competition, made the evening even more meaningful for me.

I hope to see more photographers from Türkiye among the awarded names in the coming years.

8 years as a Sony Europe Imaging Ambassador.

For the last 8 years, I have been field-testing new cameras and lenses, creating exclusive productions to demonstrate their real-world benefits to the professional industry.

What makes this role truly unique is the impact. Thanks to Sony's vision, we maintain a direct feedback loop with the engineers in Japan. We don't just use the tools; we help refine them based on professional demands.

Beyond testing, I actively share this knowledge through specialized portrait and fashion workshops, helping Sony users translate technology into art. We would like to thank the Sony Alpha Turkey family for this collaboration.

Next: Merging this commercial precision with artistic vision.

TR: Son 8 yıldır Sony Avrupa Görüntüleme Elçisi olarak yeni kameraları test ediyor ve profesyonel sektöre faydalarını gösteren özel çekimler yapıyorum. Sony'nin vizyonu sayesinde Japonya'daki mühendislere doğrudan geri bildirim vererek teknolojinin gelişimine katkıda bulunuyoruz. Advertising teaches you to solve problems. Fine art teaches you to ask questions.

I work in two worlds: Commercial campaigns by day, contemporary art exhibitions by night. Some say I should pick a niche. I disagree.

My commercial clients love my art background because I understand composition and geometry. My art collectors love my commercial background because I have absolute mastery over light.

It’s not a balancing act. It’s a dual practice. Precision meets Vision.

İstanbul'daki stüdyomda, alanında muhteşem iki dans sanatçısıyla, fotoğrafın sınırlarını zorlayacağımız 4 özel atölye düzenliyorum. Her bir seans, hem dansçıyla birebir çalışma hem de benim hazırladığım yaratıcı stüdyo ışığı tekniklerini öğrenme fırsatı sunacak.

1. GÖRSEL: EZGİ YAREN KARADEMİR | Duygu ve Form Çağdaş dansın akıcı ruhundan balenin klasik zarafetine uzanan bir yolculuk. Ezgi'nin eşsiz yorumuyla, duygu dolu ve sanatsal kareler yakalamak için stüdyoda olacağız.

2. GÖRSEL: CEREN OVAT | Güç ve Teknik Bir şampiyonun disiplinini ve estetiğini fotoğrafa aktarma fırsatı. Ceren'in güçlü ve net hatlarını, hazırladığım dramatik ve sanatsal ışıklarla birleştirerek portfolyonuza güç katacak fotoğraflar çekeceğiz.

Workshop C1 (Bale 1): 15:30 - 17:00

Workshop C2 (Bale 2): 18:00 - 19:30

Bu atölyelerin her birinde amacım, 20 yıllık deneyimimle sizlere yaratıcı stüdyo ışığını nasıl bir sanat aracına dönüştüreceğinizi göstermek ve portfolyonuza değer katacak eşsiz fotoğraflarla günü tamamlamanızı sağlamak.

🔥 Her seans sadece 6 fotoğrafçı ile sınırlıdır!

Yerinizi ayırtmak ve bu özel deneyimin parçası olmak için katılmak istediğiniz seansın kodunu (örn: E1 veya C1, C2) bana veya  hesabına DM ile göndermeniz yeterli. Tüm kayıt detayları ve sorularınız için prodüksiyon ekibim size yardımcı olacaktır.

Güzel Samsun'u görmek bu etkinlik sayesinde kısmet oldu ❤️

Geçtiğimiz ay, hem duayen fotoğrafçılarla birlikte Samsun'da fotoğrafçılarla söyleştik hem de Foton Derneğinin Samsun'da düzenlediği Fotomaraton yarışmasında jüri üyesi olmam sebebiyle Samsun sokaklarından çok güzel kareler gördüm. Tanin Bey her zaman olduğu gibi şahane bir organizasyon yaptı, duayen fotoğrafçımız Çoşkun Aral'ın panel sonunda, 5-7 yaşındaki çocuklara çocuk kategorisi ödülleri vermesi, tüm kuşakları kucaklayan bir etkinlik olarak da değerliydi, emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederim 🫶

Türkiye'nin dört bir yanında olan Fotomaratonlar şehrinize geldiğinde mutlaka katılın derim. Takvimi her zaman hesabında görebilirsiniz.
