เสรีสุข 7 ปี – ความสุขที่เติบโตไปพร้อมกัน

แค่ได้ตื่นมาแล้วยังมีชีวิตอยู่…ก็ดีแล้ว

7 ปีที่ร้านกาแฟเล็ก ๆ หลังโรงแรมสุนีย์ อุบลราชธานี เติบโตขึ้นจากที่ดินว่างเปล่า สู่ร้านกาแฟที่มีเอกลักษณ์จนกลายมาเป็นบ้านดินอันอบอุ่นที่หลายคนรู้จักในชื่อ “เสรีสุข”

พี่เฟม เจ้าของร้าน ผู้พา “เสรีสุข” ผ่านวิกฤติหลากหลายครั้งตลอด 7 ปี ใช้ความเข้าใจธรรมชาติและความเข้าใจตัวเองเป็นเข็มทิศของชีวิต ความพอใจกับสิ่งที่เป็นอยู่คือหัวใจสำคัญ ทำให้คำว่า “เสรีสุข” ไม่ใช่แค่ชื่อร้าน แต่คือวิถีชีวิต

แม้เวลาจะผ่านไป ร้านรุ่นราวคราวเดียวกันหลายแห่งปิดตัวลง แต่ “เสรีสุข” ยังคงอยู่และจัดงานฉลองครบรอบร้านในทุก ๆ ปี เพื่อขอบคุณลูกค้า เพื่อนฝูง และทุกคนที่มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างเรื่องราวแห่งความสุขเล็ก ๆ แห่งนี้

Saereesook – 7 Years of Freedom and Happiness

Just waking up and still being alive – that’s already a good day.

For 7 years, a small coffee shop tucked behind Sunee Hotel in Ubon Ratchathani has grown from an empty piece of land into a unique little earthen house café that many know as “Saereesook.”

Fame, the owner, has guided the café through countless challenges over the years with a deep understanding of nature, of himself, and of the simple joy of being content with what is. That is why the name “Saereesook” — meaning freedom and happiness — has carried so much meaning and remained for 7 years, even as many cafés that started around the same time have slowly disappeared.

Every year, Saereesook celebrates its anniversary — not just as a tradition, but as a way to say thank you to the friends, customers, and community who have been part of this journey.

Trail Run (เทรลรัน) — การวิ่งบนเส้นทางธรรมชาติ ทั้งทางดิน ป่า ภูเขา หรือเส้นทางที่ไม่ใช่ถนนลาดยาง มอบประสบการณ์ที่แตกต่างอย่างสิ้นเชิงจากการวิ่งในเมือง

เมื่อการวิ่งไม่จำกัดอยู่แค่ในเมือง หากปกติเราคุ้นเคยกับ City Run หรือการวิ่งบนถนนและฟุตบาทในเมือง ครั้งนี้เป็นการก้าวออกไปไกลกว่าเดิม สู่เกาะภูกระแต บริเวณเขื่อนสิริธร จ.อุบลราชธานี ในโปรเจกต์ Take The Trails X ELEMENT’s Space/Speak/Swap | EP. NOWHERE TO GO 1

เดินทางโดยรถสายไปยังหมู่บ้านริมเขื่อนสิรินธร ก่อนจะเริ่มวิ่งผ่านเส้นทางที่โอบล้อมด้วยวิถีชีวิตเรียบง่ายของผู้คนริมเขื่อน ผ่านทุ่งนาเขียวขจี สะพานไม้ที่เกิดจากแรงร่วมมือของชาวบ้าน และบรรยากาศธรรมชาติที่หาไม่ได้จากการวิ่งในเมือง

การวิ่งครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่เพียง “การออกไปวิ่ง” เท่านั้น แต่คือการรวมตัวของผู้รักการวิ่ง มาสัมผัสเส้นทางธรรมชาติ และแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ที่มีค่าร่วมกัน

Trail Run — running on natural paths such as dirt tracks, forest trails, and mountain routes, far from the paved streets of the city. It offers an entirely different experience compared to urban running.

When running is no longer limited to the city
While we are often familiar with City Runs on roads and sidewalks, this time the journey goes beyond the city limits—out to Koh Phu Kratae, at Sirindhorn Dam, in the project TAKE THE TRAILS X ELEMENT’S | EP. NOWHERE TO GO 1.

Runners take a local ride to a small village by the Sirindhorn Dam before setting off on a trail that winds through the daily lives of the riverside community: green rice fields along the water, a wooden bridge built through the strength and spirit of the villagers, and the serene beauty of untouched nature.

This run is not just about “going for a run.”
It is a gathering of people who share the same passion, coming together to explore, connect, and experience the trail as one.

ร้านลับ ที่ไม่ลับอีกต่อไป!

ที่นี้เป็น “Live house" เล็ก ๆ ติดกับสนามอุบลฯ ที่ถึงจะขยายร้านแล้ว…แต่ก็ยังเล็กอยู่ ร้านที่ใช้ทุกตารางนิ้วอย่างคุ้มค่า ที่นี่คือพื้นที่ปล่อยของ ของนักดนตรีตัวจริงที่มีผลงานเป็นของตัวเอง และอยากให้คนได้ฟังทุกคำที่ร้องออกมา บ้านน้า คือคำตอบ เพราะร้านมีกฏว่า ห้ามคุยกันเวลาคอนเสิร์ตขึ้น

พี่แก้ว เจ้าของร้าน บ้านน้า บอกว่า ร้านที่เปรียบเหมือนประเทศอินเดีย ที่ไปครั้งแรกอาจจะชอบ หรือเกลียดไปเลย

A hidden gem that’s not so hidden anymore!

Tucked right next to Ubon Ratchathani Stadium, this cozy little live house may have expanded—but it still proudly holds onto its small and intimate charm.
Every square inch of the space is used with purpose.

This is where real musicians—those with original work—come to let it all out.
It’s a space for people who want every lyric to be heard, not just played in the background.

One house rule? No talking during the show.

In the Thai art scene, many people might have noticed celebrities and public figures collecting works from well-known or up-and-coming artists. One of the most valuable online spaces that has helped shine a light on talented creators is the ART & CRAFT Lovers Market — a platform where artists can freely share their work, showcase their skills, and connect with collectors who appreciate their dedication. Many artists have found their breakthrough here, while others have quietly faded with time.

Jeng is one of those who stayed and kept going. With persistence and passion, Gee.Illusions gradually built a strong following in the group. His work has been widely shared, talked about, and admired — especially his standout character Think boy, represented by two tiger illustrations under the name richly & lucky, which were first released as art prints and received an unexpectedly great response.

That success became a launching pad. Jeng continued creating and evolving, turning his passion into a body of work that’s now respected by fellow artists and art lovers alike. Today, many celebrities and collectors own pieces by Jeng, and fellow Ubon locals often invite him to collaborate or take part in art events.

หนึ่งวันของทุกเดือนจะมีกลุ่มวาดสีน้ำกลุ่มหนึ่ง เดินตามมุมต่าง ๆ แยกต่าง ๆ ของย่านเมืองเก่าอุบลราชธานี เพื่อเก็บประวัติศาสตร์ผ่านงานศิลปะนั้นคือกลุ่มของ Ubon Sketcher ก่อตั้งโดยคุณเป้ “เพจ วาดกับเป้ ” ซึ่งสมาชิกเพิ่มขึ้นทุก ๆ ครั้งที่เห็นตามแยกต่าง ๆ ของย่านเมืองเก่า ลองฟังบทสัมภาษณ์จากคุณเป้ถึงการมีกิจกรรมนี้ พร้อมทั้งเล่าถึงเสน่ห์ของสีน้ำที่เขาหลงรักไปพร้อมกัน

On one day of each month, a watercolor sketching group walks through various corners and intersections of the Old Town area of Ubon Ratchathani to capture the history through art. This is the Ubon Sketcher group, founded by Khun Paae of 'Page Waat Kap Paae.' The number of members grows every time they are seen at the intersections of the Old Town area. Listen to an interview with Khun Paae about this activity, as well as his passion for watercolor painting.
