เรื่อง การดำเนินการ อำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับลูกค้าเก่า และแนวทางการดำเนินการกฎหมายต่อไป
ตามที่ นายภูสิษฐ์ วิรุศม์ธนัชพร (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) ได้พบการแอบอ้างในการเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการ ในทางพานิชย์ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต นั้น
ในการนี้ นายภูสิษฐ์ วิรุศม์ธนัชพร (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) จะขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า
- ลูกค้าที่เคยใช้งานบริการของ (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) จะไม่สามารถ ใช้ Link จาก Website เดิมในการ Download และ ดู ภาพถ่าย และ VDO ได้ ขอให้ ลูกค้าติดต่อ กับ เรา ผ่านของทาง ที่ใช้บริการของเราแต่เดิม เพื่อขอรับ Link สำหรับเข้าถึง รูปภาพและ VDO ของลูกค้า ต่อไป โดยไม่มีข้อมูลสูญหาย แต่อย่างใด

เรื่อง นางสาว ศริตา โต๊ะยีบอ หรือ “นาเซีย”
ตามที่ นายภูสิษฐ์ วิรุศม์ธนัชพร (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) ได้ว่าจ้างให้ นางสาว ศริตา โต๊ะยีบอ หรือ “นาเซีย” ทำหน้าที่ MC , Content Creator , และผู้ช่วยช่างภาพ โดยการจ้างในลักษณะ เป็นครั้ง ตาม Job และลักษณะงาน ไม่มีการลงนามในสัญญา ต่อกัน ในช่วงเดือน มกราคมและกุมภาพพันธ์ 2026 ที่ผ่านมานั้น
ในการนี้ นายภูสิษฐ์ วิรุศม์ธนัชพร (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) จะขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า นางสาว ศริตา โต๊ะยีบอ หรือ “นาเซีย” ไม่ได้ ทำงานกับทางทีมงานของเราตั้งแต่เดือน มีนาคมเป็นต้นมา เนื่องมาจาก ได้นำผลงานและภาพถ่าย ของ (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) แอบอ้างเป็นทีมงานและนำเสนอผลงานขายเพื่อการพานิชย์ เพื่อผลประโยชน์ของตนเอง โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โดยอาจส่งผลให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจผิดและอาจมีการสับสนในการจ้างเกิดขึ้น (PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY) และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP)
จึงขอประกาศให้ทราบว่า นางสาว ศริตา โต๊ะยีบอ หรือ “นาเซีย” ไม่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมงาน และจะไม่ขอรับผิดชอบการกระทำของ นางสาว ศริตา โต๊ะยีบอ หรือ “นาเซีย” นำผลงานไปแอบอ้างในการเสนอขายงานลูกค้า อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย เกิดขึ้น โดยช่องทางการติดต่อ PHUSITPHOTOGRAPHY และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP) ได้ทาง What App , Line, Facebook, Instagram และ Social อื่นๆ ใน Official ในชื่อ Mr.TONY เท่านั้น
อนึ่ง หากผู้ได้รับผลงานที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์มาครอบครองมาใช้เพื่อประโยชน์หรือเผยแพร่ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต จากนายภูสิษฐ์ วิรุศม์ธนัชพร และ KOH CHANG WEDDING PLANNER (KCWP ) จะดำเนินการจนถึงที่สิ้นสุด
