ICE CLOUDS

Flying over the Himalayas, I watched clouds go past my window. Then snowcaps went past by, and I was hoping for it to be Mount Everest. No. Just the third highest peak. It reminded me of the ice clouds from INTERSTELLAR.

Staring at the horizon, where the ocean touches the sky, and only one thing comes to mind every time.
To me, it's an endpoint. But the ocean goes on, and the sun shines away, and the earth turns over and over, leaving me behind.
