1. Prioritizing tasks using the 80/20 rule. Focus on the 20% of tasks that generate the 80% of results. And work on these high impact activities during your peak productivity hours. Doing the bigger tasks first helps to take off the weight and get you into a productive flow.
2. Using time blocking. Schedule specific blocks of time for each task and include breaks to recharge. You will be so much more productive if you know you only have a limited amount of time for your task before you need to move on to the next one.
3. Eliminating distractions. Be in a quiet space free from interruptions. Turn off notifications or leave your phone in another room. Don't try to listen to the news and eat at the same time while trying to do your task. Focus solely on completing your task for a period of time and do the other activities after you finish.
These little adjustments have helped me level up my life and become so much more efficient with my time, which in return gives me more free time to relax and enjoy my hobbies.
