It is difficult to understand how or why the planets hang together indeed what physic stands behind the moon's orbit or the earth's around the sun. Because we have been indoctrinated by the old paradigm of assembly parts of the factory. Likewise in education the one-to-many podium has led us to believe that learning is teacher-centric.
There may be new approaches that lie in front of us in the discipleship of the nations that have remained hidden to the mainstream university faculty. This doesn't mean we throw away the prevailing systems of teaching, coaching and mentorship. Only that the iterative process hasn't reached it's zenith and more needs to be done beyond what exists in the current methodologies and systems of pedagogy.
If the student had completely understood every stage and phase of this journey, I would have considered the 100-hour campus set-up a failure in our learning objective. Every soul is ordained for greatness and our limited time together meant a birthing of something new that wasn't there before.
