NCA Chairlady Ruth Muka, together with the executives of the Construction and Development Committee, today paid a visit to the NCA Resource Center to assess the ongoing progress of the construction work.

The visit reflected the leadership’s continued commitment to ensuring that the vision of establishing a strong and sustainable resource center for the community becomes a reality. During the inspection, the committee witnessed encouraging progress on the site as construction activities continue to move forward steadily.

Today, the Resource Center stands as a symbol of unity, commitment, and collective effort. Step by step, the project is taking shape, and the visible progress serves as a reminder that together, great things can be achieved for the benefit of the community and future generations.

We honor the legacy of a true spiritual giant and leader. The tombstone for The Rt. Rev. Bishop Emeritus Nathaniel Garang Anyieth Jangdit has been completed, standing as a beautiful monument to a life dedicated entirely to faith, leadership, and the people of South Sudan.
🌅 Sunrise: January 1, 1935 – 🌇 Sunset: February 24, 2026
Bishop Nathaniel was a pillar of strength and a guiding light for millions. His incredible journey and contributions to the church and the nation will never be forgotten:
A Historic Leader: He served as the First Bishop of the Diocese of Bor, Dean of the Episcopal Church of Sudan, and Acting Archbishop of South Sudan and Sudan.
An Honored Evangelist: As an Evangelist and Apostle of Christ, he received the highest honor from the Archbishop of Canterbury: "The Alphege Award for Evangelism and Witness."
A "New Moses" for His People: A national spiritual leader and faithful servant of God, he led his people during the war to safe refuge in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya, and brought the diaspora back into the Promised Land after the independence of South Sudan.
"Well done, thou good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things, come and share your master's happiness!" — Matthew 25:21
Baba Nathaniel, our spiritual father of the Episcopal Church, you will be remembered in the ages to come. Our people love you, thank you, and celebrate your new life in CHRIST.
