Kalisto Lado Launches Freedom Bridge Lighting Project

The Caretaker Commissioner of Juba County, Moulana Kalisto Lado Faustino Nyigilo Wani, has this morning launched the Freedom Bridge Lighting Project to enhance security and improve visibility for motorists and pedestrians at night.

The project is being implemented by Light House General Trading and Investment Co. Ltd, a national company working in collaboration with Juba County authorities to make the county brighter and safer.

Speaking during the ceremony, Hon. Moulana Kalisto Lado Faustino Nyigilo Wani emphasized that the installation of lights on Freedom Bridge would strengthen security monitoring and improve safety for road users.

“We are not sleeping; we are always on the ground implementing the plans we make in the office. We are not here simply to sit in our offices,” he said.

The Commissioner thanked the security organs of Juba County and the administration of Rajaf Payam for their cooperation and support.

He further reaffirmed his commitment to implementing the vision of the President of the Republic of South Sudan, H.E. Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, to promote development and service delivery, in line with the directives of the Caretaker Governor of Central Equatoria State, H.E. Gen. Augustino Jadalla Kamilo Wani.

The Freedom Bridge Lighting Project is part of the county administration’s ongoing efforts to improve public safety, strengthen security, and modernize infrastructure for the benefit of the people.
