Dark streets lit by the neon signs, sounds of sirens shouting in the background perfectly complementing the ambiance. Loud laughter of drunk strangers piercing my ears while shivering from cold of the night…CLICK (the sweet sound of the camera shutter), that’s all what I could hear and cared about once I placed my eye on the viewfinder and composed.

Write me down in the comments the country you are from and the first day of the week there. Is it Saturday, Sunday or Monday? Or you live by the rules of some other worlds 🖖?

Six seconds
These photographs were taken six seconds apart. I tried not to move and only changed orientation of the camera from landscape to portrait. Then as you can see they are arranged on top of each other. Photographs were not edited to match all lines and perspective. That was not my goal. All what I wanted to demonstrate here is how much the scene can change in just few seconds. The movement of people on the monument from right to left is like a progression from trying to get there, walking on top and jumping down. While the situation in the middle speaks for it self. I am really happy with this set.

Stay classy!
As I was looking at the first photograph it made me feel like it captures the current situation pretty well. I am looking at someone through the glass of closed doors. I am isolated and the person is walking alone with a mask 😷. Empty restaurant in the background and with no one around him really helped to strengthen the feeling of loneliness which some of us might have right now.
Staying safe and keeping our physical Heath in check is really important. Especially these days. But what about mental health? Make sure you take care of your mind and soul. Keeping yourself looking good can help to feeling good as well. Keeping it classy is one way to go. If you are in lockdown at home make an effort to at least change from your pyjamas, put on work clothes or even a bikini. It will make you feel like you are not always in between those four walls closing in on you. Feeing lonely and distant is unfortunately even more common during this nasty pandemic :-(. You need to realise you are not alone. We are all in this together! Reaching out to people even remotely via our electronic best friends (mobile phones) should definitely help to ease up that feeling of loneliness and hopefully dissolve that dark cloud above us. Stay safe, stay classy world!

Wisdom.
First photo is capturing the whole scene. I was just standing there and observing. Those two didn’t move. For the second photo I moved closer to get the person with the box on the head (eye contact established). I was thinking should I engage in conversation? YES! I should but I din’t. 30 seconds after I walked away new situation presented itself and I forgot about the previous one. Maybe I will talk to him in the future? World is smaller than we think. And yet most of us take it for granted and behaving like we have infinite resources which this beautiful planet offers. Looking around and it really feels like many just don’t care. That person definitely put some effort in the making of the box. But what he was actually trying to say? YES! I should talk to that person but I didn’t. What about the lying person next to him? What is his story? Maybe he was just tired and didn’t wanted to talk or look at anyone anymore. Maybe he used to be the person in the box.
