ကင်မရာရှေ့ရောက်ရင် ဘယ်လိုနေရမှန်းမသိဖြစ်နေတာ၊ Pose ပေးရတာ တောင့်တောင့်ကြီး ဖြစ်နေတာမျိုးတွေ မဖြစ်စေဖို့ Across The Lens ကနေ ဒီ Tips လေးတွေကို စုစည်းပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ အဝတ်အစားလှလှလေးတွေတင်မကဘဲ ဒီအချက်လေးတွေကိုပါ လိုက်နာမယ်ဆိုရင် သေချာပေါက် ပုံထွက်တွေက Level Up ဖြစ်သွားမှာနော်! 🔥

💧 Good sleep & Hydration
Shoot မတိုင်ခင်ရက်မှာ အိပ်ရေးဝဝအိပ်ထားပြီး ရေများများသောက် (Hydration) ထားဖို့ မမေ့နဲ့ဦးနော်။ ဒါမှ မျက်လုံးလေးတွေ ကြည်လင်ပြီး အသားအရေက စိုစိုပြည်ပြည်နဲ့ ပုံထွက်လှမှာပါ။

👙 Neutral Wear & Simple Patterns
အတွင်းခံအစင်းကြောင်းတွေ၊ မျဉ်းကြောင်းတွေ မပေါ်စေဖို့ Neutral undergarments (အသားရောင် သို့မဟုတ် ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်းအရောင်) ကိုပဲ ရွေးဝတ်ပေးပါ။ ဒါ့အပြင် ကင်မရာထဲမှာ Moiré effect (အစင်းကြောင်းတွေထင်တာ) ဖြစ်တတ်လို့ စာတန်းတွေ အရမ်းများတဲ့ Logos တွေနဲ့ ရှုပ်ထွေးတဲ့ Pattern တွေကိုလည်း ရှောင်ပေးဖို့ အကြံပြုချင်ပါတယ်။

💄 Makeup & Emergency Kit
Shoot အတွက်ဆိုရင် Makeup ကို ပုံမှန်ထက် နည်းနည်းလေး ပိုပြီး Strong ဖြစ်အောင် ပြင်ပေးပါ။ ပြီးတော့ အရေးပေါ်လိုအပ်ရင်သုံးဖို့ Powder, lipstick, blotting paper, hairspray နဲ့ ဘီး (comb) ပါတဲ့ Small kit လေး တစ်ခု ဆောင်ထားတာ အကောင်းဆုံးပဲနော်။

👄 Lip Care & Moisturization
Photoshoot မတိုင်ခင် နှုတ်ခမ်းနီဆိုးတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် Lip balm လေး အရင်တင်ထားပါ။ နှုတ်ခမ်းကွဲနေတာ၊ အဖတ်တွေလန်နေတာက Close-up shot တွေမှာ အရမ်းသိသာပါတယ်။ အသားအရေ ခြောက်တတ်ရင်လည်း Lotion လေး ကြိုလိမ်းထားဖို့ မမေ့နဲ့နော်။

👐 Don’t forget the Hands!
အများဆုံးဖြစ်တတ်တာက လက်ကို ဘယ်နားထားရမှန်း မသိတာပါ။ လက်ချောင်းလေးတွေကို Relax လုပ်ထားပါ။ တစ်ခုခုကို ကိုင်ထားတာ (Prop) ဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ အင်္ကျီအိတ်ကပ်ထဲ လက်တစ်ဖက် ထည့်ထားတာဖြစ်ဖြစ် ပိုပြီး သဘာဝကျတဲ့ Pose တွေ ရစေပါတယ်။

💃 Micro-movements & Posing flow
Pose တစ်ခုတည်းမှာ အကြာကြီး တောင့်မနေပါနဲ့။ ခေါင်းလေး နည်းနည်းစောင်းလိုက်၊ မျက်တောင်လေး ခတ်လိုက်၊ ခါးလေး နည်းနည်းလှည့်လိုက်နဲ့ Micro-movements လေးတွေ လုပ်ပေးပါ။ အဲ့ဒါမှ Photographer က အလှဆုံး Moment ကို ဖမ်းရနိုင်မှာပါ။

🪞 Mirror Practice
Shoot မစခင် ၁၀ မိနစ်လောက် မှန်ရှေ့မှာ အချိန်ပေးပြီး Soft smile, serious look, head tilts နဲ့ Shoulder angles လေးတွေကို ကြိုတင်ပြီး Practice လုပ်ကြည့်ထားပါ။

👀 The "Smize" (Smiling with eyes)
ပါးစပ်ကပဲ ပြုံးနေတာထက် မျက်လုံးလေးတွေပါ လိုက်ပြုံးပေးတာက ပုံကို ပိုပြီး Soulful ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။ မှန်ရှေ့မှာ မျက်လုံးလေးတွေနဲ့ ဘယ်လို Expression ပေးရမလဲဆိုတာ လေ့ကျင့်ကြည့်ထားပါဦး။
