Inseparable like light and shadow~ 🌗

Even in the darkest of times, there's always a spot of light to look for.

In the midst of going through the peaks and troughs of life, it has shown me that things rarely ever get easier, but instead we become stronger to handle them.

The past year or so has been rife with never ending cycles of much stifling darkness, it has taught me to embrace the silver lining of things, remain mentally resilient and know that the darkness doesn't define me

For those who are also in the darkness, I know we can get through this!
