Honcho [2/2]
I was tasked to shoot a series of images for the incredibly interesting to showcase both the different levels of space (they have 3 different themed ones!) and the importance of having fun with the right company!
So I came up with the concept revolving around “fun dining” instead of fine dining and here it is!
Had a lot of fun on this set as well as it is a technically demanding set!
Having to match the horizons and perspective of the different spaces with my talents in different wardrobes translates to a ton of measuring. I even had to shoot their hands separately to give it the very cartoony, larger-than-life feel!
I lit this set by motivating what was already around in the restaurant and enhancing them, with an extra touch of my own! Working with RGB lights would’ve made my life a lot easier but there’s something about flashes that just bring about a different quality of light. Mixed it with existing lights and some dedo 150Ws as well as some pavotubes for some ambient!
