So incredibly happy to share this one. Mianchou has been a good friend of mine for a long time, so getting to photograph his and Gina’s wedding day was honestly extra special.

And let me tell you, the energy was just on another level from start to finish. Between the absolute chaos of the morning gate-crashing games, the insane spice challenges, and some of the funniest, most honest vows I’ve ever heard!

What really stood out to me though was their bridal party. The brothers and sisters are just such a genuine group of people, and you could feel how much love and support they have for these two.

It’s awesome seeing a great friend find someone who makes him this happy. Huge congrats again, Mianchou and Gina!

I was at Kada Maxwell with my wife just a few months ago. I remember loving the vibe of this 100-year-old building—the old electric lift, the rooftop, everything. I even thought to myself how I wish I could shoot a wedding here.

Not long after, an enquiry from Vanessa popped up! God heard me!

What I loved about Ilias and Vanessa’s wedding was how simple it was. Nothing fancy, just real human connection. They had so many DIY touches that were actually meaningful. Vanessa made a tinted glass welcome sign and hand-drew designs on the mirrors. It felt so personal.

A few highlights that stuck with me:

Instead of just signing names, guests drew little cartoons of themselves. It was such a fun way to remember everyone.

The sparklers made the kids so excited! So fun watching them enjoy themselves.

Their Greek dancing was amazing. It was so simple that anyone could join in, even if they didn't know how to dance.

This day reminded me that a wedding doesn’t have to be grand. It was just a real, raw celebration of two people.

Many times, I feel like a ‘hunter’. Hunting for moments. Always watching, always waiting for the moment to appear.

Some moments only happen once. If I don't catch them, they’re gone for good.

Some moments are quiet...

Some moments are loud, dramatic, and full of energy!

Some moments are unexpected and out of the norm.

What I’ve learned over the years is simply being ready for the 'Story'.
