One of the greatest privileges of my job is seeing women years after our first session.
When I first met Pin-up Rebel Ms J, she already had a beautiful, generous heart. Well, today she still does. The difference is she’s learned to protect it.
She says “no” without guilt, protects her energy unapologetically and chooses herself without needing permission.
And somehow…we can see it in the pictures, too. It shows up in the way she laughs and throws her head back. It’s as though I can hear her snickering, too.
I always love meeting women like this. Their joy isn’t for show, but it’s hard-earned.
To me, the biggest transformation isn’t in how a woman looks, but in how freely she lets herself laugh.
Here’s to protecting your peace fiercely, that joy no longer needs permission to show up.
