Honoured to have won the best Sports Photo of the Year Award by Singapore National Olympic Council.

The winning photo of singaporean paddler Feng Tianwei was shot at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. This 1/2500th of a second moment was the result of a journey that started way back in 2017 when I shot my first major games. Thousands of photos later, traveling during the covid pandemic and shooting an Olympics with no live audience, I’ve found a worthy photo for Singapore’s most decorated athlete and olympian.

Match day shots of the International Champions Cup held at the Singapore National Stadium in the month of July.

Pictures were made with the new Sony flagship camera A9 to test out it's capabilities alongside it's telephoto lenses.

Sharing more special moments of our Arts&Health Festival with you here!

Last week, and were abuzz with activities at the inaugural Arts&Health Festival. We were delighted to bring art to our patients, their loved ones, community, and staff, who tried their hand at various craft activities such as making personalised tote bags using silkscreen printing, knot pattern art, and even a sketch walk around our hospital with local artist, James Tan and our CEO.

Local musicians from our community also performed live for our patients and visitors at various locations in our hospitals, creating lively vibes with beautiful sounds that added much cheer to our premises.

Now on: Objectifs' Youth of Shooting Home exhibition, till 31 Aug at the Library at Orchard.

Celebrating the works of 10 young photographers who are alumni of the Shooting Home Youth Awards, a platform for students to develop their photographic skills and ambitions. Formerly known as Junior Shooting Home, the programme has been running since 2011, and has mentored 50 students to date. This exhibition features works by past alum: Aidan Mock, Beaunice Toh, Dara Ong, Donn Tan Zheng Yu, Jamie Chan, Joel Lim, Kimverlyn Lim, Lim Chien Her, Sherman Tham and Tan Wei.

Themed around the idea of home, the programme encourages participants to draw inspiration from their surroundings and the issues most important to them. As such the photographs address a variety of subjects that are close to the young photographers’ hearts such as friendships and their families. The next edition of the Shooting Home Youth Awards will take place from 12 Nov - 2 Dec 2016. Submission deadline 30 Sep 2016.
