UPDATE: I am currently not taking any more clients as I want to concentrate on Sasha (the dog in my profile pic) who is suffering from seizures. The pawtrait sessions take up a lot of my time and energy and I do not want to commit to it if I know I am not able to give my clients my 100% effort. But I need to spend time trying to get her better, and if she cannot get better, I just want to spend ti

Finally got around to putting up some of the photos hubby and I took when we were doing pet photography at DeDamselfly Photography. These were part of the catalogue of photos that we showed our clients. And I loved how there was a variety of pets, ranging from dogs for adoption, retired K9 dogs, beloved pets and rescued strays. Those were fun days, but oh so much hard work. I’m proud to say that hubs and I did good work. I’m proud of every photo we took. And we are glad we were able to bring happiness to all our clients. Who can recognise their pet here?

Oh and the two insects were not my clients but subjects from my macro photography era. 😂

A friend asked me to help take some portraits of her three Singapore Specials. I told her I had already sold off my camera and retired. She said just use your handphone lah! I said ok I try. But no promises, as her three dogs were very wary of strangers so I knew it will be quite challenging. This is my first try today. I had only 5 mins with them as we were leaving to meet some friends. So only managed to get photos of two of the three dogs, Winnie and Piglet. Tigger was still very wary of me. Hopefully, I can get better shots next round.

Big re-decorating happening in Scarface’s apartment Sometimes I feel like I’m watching the rodent version of HGTV. 😂.

On a side note: I’m happy to see her active because her breathing is still noisy rattling, indicating some kind of lung infection. She’s on nebuliser for it but progress is slow. Tried starting her on oral meds yesterday but did not go well. She is not eating well so I can’t add it to her food and feeding it to her by mouth will risk aspiration.

On top of her lung issue, she also has a big tumour on her abdomen. Have decided not to remove it as she is already 1.5 years (life span is 2 years). Also there is GA risk and more worrying for me is that she will lick or chew at the stitches. No e-collars available for mice unfortunately.
Please help me pray for her that she will remain well and lead a happy healthy life with me. 🙏🏻

Thank you exotic team for this sweet condolence card. I really was not expecting it and it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for taking so much care and effort for just a little mouse. Speaks volumes to me. You guys are just awesome and I will never forget the love you put into caring for Peanut and trying to get her better. Thank you ❤️.
