And this is Xiaohui, the one who started it all! She was the one who took the leap of faith and went solo in our early days and look at where we are now! 👌🏻✨

Xiaohui is an executive producer and director at . When she’s not on set or at meetings, you can find her on her road bike or pulling a shot on her flair machine when she feels like a cuppa.

So there, that’s the 2 of us at TINKR Studios and this sums up our little project. We had a lot of fun and it was great being able to catch up with friends we haven’t seen in awhile. All we had to do was look inside, and we found these amazing women in our internal circle of friends.

No, we did not forget the women from the Finance and Tech industry obv! Just take a quick look around us and we find these ladies donning the iron fist in a velvet glove. Yas queen, they walk amongst us! Effective leadership, especially one in a male dominated industry, is hard to come by and we salute these ladies for being able to strike that balance ✨✨✨

Have you ever met a person who’s just so many things it’s just mind-blowing?

Can’t tell you how amazed we are with these women and their stories - their multiple professions and their ability to do them all well, their hunger to walk different paths and prove that they can. Amongst them we see passion - to go over and beyond to help rescue, rehab and rehome the stray dogs in Singapore. We see resilience and vision - to stay with and grow an agency from her internship days to a company director … Heck, one of them was even an ex-policewoman and an ex-hypnotherapist! But you know what all of them have in common? Besides being go-getters in their own ways, it’s their eagerness to impart, and give a part of themselves to those who need them. Now that is mind-blowing … ✨✨✨
