We exchange stories in clinic and I’ve mentioned to many of you that I would be at the Tour de France. At the most magnificent stage . Some of you may remember that in March I gave a talk to 300 French Optometrists who flew into Singapore sponsored by Krys , the largest lens manufacturers. Well lucky me. Or as my husband who is an avid cyclist say “the best talk I’ve ever given”. We were invited to be at any stage of Tour de France we wanted. So Pascal got to ride the 21 bends and we got front line to see Pogacar win.Mark got lots of outdoor time. I hope this inspires him to do more sports too. I was also excited to see the Singapore flag. In Nov , the criterium Tour de France Singapore will be taking place. Will keep you informed to how you could be there too. .sg

A visit to Epidaurus. I felt it would be meaningful to learn more about our Asclepius, the Greek god of healing, to whom ancient Greeks would journey to in search of a cure for their diseases. There was the ruins Thymoly where the healing happened. The amphitheatre also is there because I believe that watching dramatic performances helped one’s well-being in healing. that was a display of medical instruments used to net Iera, and also that patients were told that if they were cured that they should design create something to think the Doctor. The olden day google reviews were set in stone. Not pun intended a tablet. Just had a laugh. Aesclepius Aeschlimann. Would that fit me ? coveluxuryvillas

World Cup. Switzerland versus Algeria in Vancouver. Great atmosphere, very well organised and a a fantastic stadium right on the city. It tolls me four min to walk back to o the hotel.

I’m always looking for resources so that our kids spend enough time outdoors. This is one of my favourite hangouts brunch and lunch on Football and he would also play on the Garden just outside where the restaurant is.
