A more unique form of Lou Hei from the regular one that I had. I must say that it’s pretty good – a Japanese spin on yu sheng loaded with thick Norwegian salmon, sweet Hokkaido scallops and chuka hotate, all ready for the ultimate prosperity toss at home.

Built in a sleek jūbako-style box, every corner is packed with crunchy greens, julienned veggies, seaweed, flying fish roe, edible flowers and gold flakes. Finished with their house yuzu‑plum yusheng sauce and crispy nori tempura crackers

Chicken Karaage Curry Omurice was pretty good. Strawberry Matcha was a little weak on the strawberry jam and matcha taste was a little faint. Otherwise the rest of the food/drinks was good.

New menu at !! Chicken on the waffle was a tad too salty for my liking. Dirty Udon (Sausage sauce, Pork Jowl, Pepper) was the best for me. Udon and sauce blended really well. Tiger Prawn Toast (Brioche, Tobiko) was very refreshing. Still loving their Orange Americano.

One thing that sets the Ultrahuman Ring AIR apart from most other smart rings is how much it offers without locking you into a monthly subscription. You can access detailed insights on sleep, recovery, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, and temperature trends straight out of the box — no extra fees needed.
I’ve been using it mainly for sleep tracking, runs, and daily walks, and I love how lightweight it feels (only 2.4g in titanium). It’s accurate, comfortable to wear 24/7, and gives me a proper view of how my body recovers every day.
The PowerPlugs feature has also been surprisingly useful — things like caffeine timing, movement reminders, and sunlight exposure tips that help fine‑tune my routine. Most PowerPlugs are completely free, but a few advanced ones come with an optional subscription if you want deeper insights.
If you’ve been on the fence about getting a smart ring, this one’s a great choice — powerful features, long battery life (up to 6 days), and no paywall for your own data. Use “RANDYLIM20” for 20% off your own, link in bio

Lately, I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR daily, and it’s quietly become one of my favourite gadgets. It’s incredibly light at just 2.4g, made from titanium, and barely noticeable even when I’m out for a jog or long evening walks. The 100m water resistance also means I don’t have to worry about rain or sweat when I’m out and about in Singapore.

What I’ve found most useful is how it gives a clear picture of my recovery and sleep. The sleep tracking has been spot on—breaking down light, deep, and REM stages—and pairing that with HRV, skin temperature, and SpO₂ data really helps me understand what actually affects my rest and energy levels. Battery life lasts around 6 days, which makes it easy to forget it even needs charging.

The PowerPlugs feature is another nice touch—things like optimal caffeine timing or sunlight reminders are surprisingly helpful. While some features are premium, most insights come free through the app, which is rare these days.

If you’re looking for a lightweight and smart way to track your health and rest, check it out and use “RANDYLIM20” for 20% off. Or find the link on my bio.

I’ve been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for several weeks now, and it’s quietly revolutionized how I monitor my health metrics day-to-day. Weighing only 2.4 grams in durable titanium and boasting 100m water resistance, it thrives through workouts and Singapore’s sticky humidity without any fuss.

It captures over 20 biometrics—think heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, detailed sleep phases, recovery scores, and stress levels—all via a user-friendly app with no ongoing fees. Battery life stretches to 6 days and it supports tailored workout tracking for cardio or strength sessions. The PowerPlugs feature delivers practical nudges like best times for caffeine intake or sunlight to sync with my natural rhythms. Certain powerplugs are via subscription but most of them are FREE. Snag one using “RANDYLIM20” for 20% off.
