When your friend asks you to photograph his proposal at Mount Fuji at 5am… you say yes without asking questions. 😅

What I didn't know was that there was zero transport at 3:30am. So there I was, walking an hour in the dark and cold to the proposal site. At some points, there were no street lamps at all.

Was I scared? A little. Was it worth it? Absolutely!! It was such a beautiful proposal.

To every couple dreaming of an overseas proposal, do it. Wake up at an ungodly hour, brave the dark, and create a moment you'll tell your grandkids about. I promise the photos will be worth it.

The morning started loud. Gatecrash games, bridesmaids guarding the door, laughter echoing down the corridor. Everything from blind tasting to waxing even!

The bridal party brought the vibes the whole day. From the morning chaos to walking down the aisle together, you could feel how much love this crew has for J & Y. The kind of friends who show up, make you laugh until your cheeks hurt, and remind you why you chose them to stand beside you.

Looking through Abel and Margaret’s photos again brought me right back to their day. I could almost hear the jokes, see the knowing smiles, and feel the laughter filling the space.

Some weddings stay with you long after the day ends.

P and R’s wedding was one of those for me. From the moment I arrived, the warmth in the room was impossible to miss. Everyone was open, present, and incredibly kind, not just to each other but to me as well. I felt genuinely welcomed as I documented their day.

There were tears, long hugs, kisses, and endless laughter. You could truly see and feel the love in the room, with everyone there simply to celebrate the couple. As I captured it all, I could not help but smile along with them.

When I left, my body was tired, but my mind felt refreshed. This wedding reignited my passion for what I do and reminded me how grateful I am to witness and document moments like these.
