I went to Bird Paradise preview with humans recently! 🦜🦦

Please pardon my CGI nose as it fell off that day LOL 👁️👄👁️

Collected a side quest from a Magpie Goose and saw many cute and majestic birds!

Anyways, Bird Paradise will be open in 2 days, from 8 May and soft opening tickets are going at a discounted rate. I highly recommend catching the Predators on Wings bird presentation, if you are visiting!

It was my first time seeing cherry blossoms! The cherry blossoms were beautiful but everywhere was packed with humans! 😵‍💫

Hoomans got me a Christmas hat from 🎄

The packaging literally says Plush Costume. How inclusive to include us plush sizes! There was also a red scarf but I got a thick neck.

Midnight Otter went on a food trail as part of ’s Choose Good with Mandai campaign!

Featured here are 5 dishes from 3 sustainable-minded local food brands.

🍴Birds of Paradise

1. Cucumber and Double Mint Sorbet
This sorbet was Inspired by the diet of Sumatran Orangutans and specially crafted for the food trail. Sorbet was refreshing and worked up an appetite!

🍴The Coconut Club

2. Sayur Lodeh Rebung
A meatless dish with bamboo shoots, this dish was inspired by the diet of Giant Pandas. Tasted homely and delicious with the coconut milk!

🍴 Little Farms

3. Bostock Organic Chicken Breast
Inspired by Clouded Leopard, this dish includes pearl barley risotto, kale, root veggies, and feta. Chicken breast was juicy and complemented the veggies!

4. Sustainably Farmed Fish and Chips
Inspired by my species, the Asian small-clawed otter! Fish was fried to a light crisp and came with a generous serving of fries.

5. Vitamin C Juice
A mix of orange juice and other veggies, this drink was inspired by Indian rhinoceros. Tasted revitalising from the ginger!

Proceeds from each dish from the food trail goes towards supporting wildlife conservation efforts!
