Shoutout to all those who live/work in the Balestier area, as there is a hidden gem just around the corner to check out.
Helmed by Chef Ronald Li (ex-Restaurant Andre) you can expect a real treat from the meals here.
My personal favourite was their Chicken Teriyaki Donburi. I never liked Donburis as the rice or meat usually ends up too dry for me, but at I found out they prepare their ingredients just half an hour before service which leaves the meal served fresh, moist and juicy.
At such an affordable price point of $9.90 you’ll understand why this Weekday Lunch Set is such a steal, especially when it comes accompanied with a savoury salad and miso soup.
