some support for employees and freelancers experiencing income difficulties : The SIRS scheme previously under purview of MOM and administered by NTUC, ends this year. This new 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗-𝟭𝟵 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗖𝗥𝗚) is administered by MSF, and applications open on Jan 18 2021. MSF would like to emphasise that 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭, 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 - 𝗦𝗢 𝗡𝗢 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗛
Applicants ( including self-employed persons/freelancers) will need to provide some supporting docs to show that you have job searched and sought training ( eg. with your free Skillsfuture credits)

"[For self-employed persons]: In lieu of job search or training, you may submit relevant supporting evidence of your attempts to reach out to clients/business (e.g. pivoting business to cater to wider target audience, actors attending auditions, putting up advertisements to solicit for business) in the 2 months before your application."
