I know I am late to this whole FIFA-train but after I saw John Alberto Guidetti on screen after the World Cup Final I realised I never shared the photos I made with him for Podme Sverige!   This was such a fun shoot - not only bc I got to build two sets to save rigging time but also bc I got to work with such an professional that John is creating work that I am really happy with. A bonus was that I got to bring out my ”cowboy background” as my friends at Barabild Sverige AB called my handpainted canvas backdrops to create images truly have my mark on them!  Also, I am considering leaving reels to promote my work and more use it just to tell you how I created something (when there is something interesting to be told). What do you think about that?

Was so happy to help Kathryn LeRoux out with some photos for her new show. ✨

Drawing inspiration from American campaign posters throughout history it is most likely the only time I will tell someone to ”smile like you’re lying” 😂

We tried to mimic stage lighting shot outside with these, giving the feeling she’s giving campaign speeches underneath a scorching Georgia sun, 4 seperate Profoto flashes made this come to life 😁

Both photos and final design is by me. 🙌🏼

I met the team a couple of weeks ago and they wanted headshots. I took it a bit further and made a full super hero poster for them! I’ve always wanted an opportunity to make a poster like this, as it’s something I would love to move towards professionally too, so having the opportunity and such a great hand to do it with was such a pleasure! It was really fun to just do it with three naked lights, no fancy modifiers or anything! (And then like 10 hours in photoshop and 2386 iterations of the composition 😂😂😂)

So which team is next? 😏

I think the best feeling is working with other creatives. It’s just something about a creative mind that isn’t right and that comes out in the best ways when they meet.

Do you believe this is made with AI?

I’ve never used lasers in the studio before so when .exe sent me her mood board I was stoked about the opportunity to test it out. And I gotta say - I am blown away with the result!

No fancy gear, just laser machine from and a dream.
