Last weekend I had back to back weddings on Saturday and Sunday and I can tell you that my body was sore afterwards, but as you might understand it was so, so rewarding. I mean look at this wedding I had the honor of doing at Maryhill Estate on Sunday.

The couple, the venue, the flowers, the guests, the everything. Amazing from start to finish. I’m so lucky to have this as my job.

Last year I got a wonderful email from a woman who wrote the most amazing first email about how she wanted me to shoot her wedding.

This Saturday I did.

We laughed and we cried and we hugged and they partied (I wanted to too, but had to leave for a Sunday wedding) and it was one of those weddings that made me remember why I do this.

Beautiful, wonderful and loving party people. I hope everyone who was at this wedding hires me for their own weddings so I can see them all again, haha.

A few weeks ago I had the honor of documenting the wedding of Maria and Peter. I was hired for both photo and video and once again chose to bring the amazing ANNA LAURIDSEN to take the photo part while I did the video. (Tell me again how easy it is to shoot video for 12 hours, haha, I was dead for three days afterwards.)

But really. This day was incredible. Even though the rain made us do pretty much all the portraits under roof and the ceremony had to take place indoors instead of outdoors it was such an amazing day with so many wonderful moments and details. The music from E B B A & co just made everything even better.

did such a good job coordinating this day and I’m so glad I was trusted to document it. All the vendors were really top notch.

But the best of it all was the humbleness and happiness in Maria and Peter. The calm in the storm. The laughs and the smiles. How safe it all felt. Beautiful.

Last weekend in was finally time for my dear friend FRIDA JONSVENS to marry the love of her life.

It’s easy to understand why they chose each other. It’s hard to find two more kind and loving people in this world.

I had the honor of being (almost) only a guest. At first it was a little bit hard to accept that I wasn’t gonna be the one taking Frida’s wedding photos after photographing her for so many years, but after landing in it I am so happy they like and respect me more as a friend than as a photographer. To be able to attend a wedding with my husband and friends and really take in a wedding day is not something I do often and even though I did some video job and my brain kinda was in work mode even when I didn’t want it to be I really, really enjoyed this day and I only took around 20 photos with my camera through the whole day. (And many more during the party, hehe.) The rest was just my phone. Like a normal guest.

Frida means so much to me. The things we’ve done together matters and it brings weight to our friendship. Our friendship is built on respect and admiration and I love seeing her grow and evolve in life. Seeing her together with M and F makes my heart full and my only wish is that I could see them more often.

I cried so much during this wedding my eyes hurt for five days after. My knees and back hurt from all the dancing. But the joy in my heart and mind makes it more than worth it.

I can’t wait to see the photos from Malin Lindner further on. What a great photographer and person you are, Malin. I’m happy I finally got to meet you.

And Elin Nyfjord, Marie Johansson and your wonderful N and R, I’m so happy we got this weekend to be just us together, without working too much. I love you.

Anna and Tommy and the dress that broke already at the preparations and the first look and the west coast and the sea girl gang and the boy gang and the beer and the caravan and the everything hallelujah.

Almost three years have already passed since this day and I still remember it so clearly. A wonderful and genuine day with wonderful and genuine people.

Vera and Richard, what a privilege it is for me to have met you. You are so, so kind, with the biggest hearts and you are both so beautiful. I loved to hang out with you for a few hours this Friday and apart from almost missing the ceremony because of crazy traffic, the illegal parking while hearing the church bells ringing, running into the church at the same time as the groom and forgetting to turn off the legal parking from for more than two days (almost 1000 SEK, lol) your day was ABSOLUTELY perfect, haha.

This wedding started something for me. It was in the beginning of the pandemic and I had to make the choice to transition from video to photo when the size and budget of weddings went down.

This was one of the first weddings I photographed, after filming around 50, and after this I never doubted that I wanted to lean more towards photography in the future.

I’m so grateful towards and for trusting me to shoot their wedding. It really turned everything around. And to this day they make a difference for me, cause on Friday I’m shooting the wedding of a friend of theirs. Can’t wait!

Ever been married for ten years and feel you wanna do it again? DO IT, just like Anna and Henrik did. They planned a fantastic wedding with their home as base and look how amazing it turned out. I mean LOOK AT THE DETAILS, the dress, the flowers, the food, the everything!?

Anna wrote to me 2,5 years ago, in the end of 2023, wanting to book me for this and I can’t tell you the honor I felt about it. I loved to see everything come together yesterday and of course I cried. Of course I did.

And like I always say: rain schmain. Who cares. It’s just water.

Sorry folks: this will be in Swedish, cause my workshop will be in Swedish. Maybe there will be an English version in the future if I don’t sukk in Swedish.

Min workshop är nu ”släppt för allmänheten”! Gud, så töntigt det låter att säga så, men så är det.

24-25 september i år kommer jag hålla en workshop utanför Göteborg och där kommer jag inte hålla inne med NÅNTING. Jag kommer inte gatekeepa någonting från mina snart tio år i branschen och drygt 150 bröllop. Allt ska ut. Tillsammans ska vi skapa den mest öppna och ärliga workshop någonsin skapad. Inte för att det är en tävling, men filter kommer ej finnas.

Man kan välja att delta endast under dagen och kvällen eller att övernatta i den fantastiska villa jag hyrt för ändamålet.

The wedding season of 2026 is ON.

This Saturday sure brought the best weather possible and Pernilla and Tommy had a fantastic wedding day at the beautiful .

Going into this day I was wondering if I remember how to do my job (since my last wedding was at October 25th last year), but as soon as I started it was like riding a bike. I know this and I know that being away from it for a while just makes me love it more.

I got some very kind words from the couple before leaving the wedding – not about my photos, cause they hadn’t seen them yet – but about how they had felt in my presence. Those words meant the world to me and even though I won’t share them here I will carry them with me always.

Sneak peek is sent and now I’m looking forward to the rest of the season!
