Life has felt a little out of balance lately. I recently had to say goodbye to my dog, my best friend, and I’m still trying to find my feet in a world that suddenly feels a little quieter without them.

In the middle of grief, work has been something steady to hold onto. Creating, documenting people in love, and getting messages and reviews like this one means more than I can really put into words right now.

Knowing that someone felt comfortable in front of my camera, that I managed to capture not only how their day looked but how it felt, is exactly why I do this.

Thank you, Amanda & Johan, for trusting me with your day. For being completely yourselves, tattoos, tears, laughter, kisses and all. 🖤

And to every couple who has trusted me with a tiny piece of their story: thank you. You probably don’t realise how much your words can mean on the other side of the screen.
