Head instructor at Poseidon, Steven Antoniou, also my dad, has been nominated for role model of the year at the Swedish Martial Arts Gala in a few weeks.
It's pretty crazy what he and the great people around him has built here. If you haven't been to our academy, come say hi, grab a coffee, learn how to choke someone, take a self defence class, buy some fresh gear, meet new friends.
