Am i strange that i find green moss relaxing? 😂

The forest around here has helped me alot during these times and will keep helping me.
Calming my scattered ADHD mind in all of this.

Have some fun photoprojects coming up and some videowork.
And i do need to find a way to convince my kids to allow me to do a few portraits of them around these parts of the forest.

They are so sick of me and my camera 😂

I took many small walks with my second camera, the Sony EV-Z10.
A lovely little camera to bring in my hikes.

When i was walking in the woods i found a part a bit further in that i loved.
A older part of the forest.
Less changed by humans.

It was like walking into a fantasy scene in a film. Dens but still airy.
Green and vibrant and deep.
I feel in love with this place and i will surely print a few of these photos as art for my apartment to get that feeling at home.

This last month have been to hardest month in years for me, leaving alot and building again.
Still a long way to go and many hard things to come but the people i have met during this period of my life and the help i have gotten from strangers who now is nog longer strangers. The gifts and help to make a new start. A safe start.

I have learned alot about myself and i journal everyday and moving forward with a goal in mind and my eyes focused on it.
I am learning to put myself first in how i feel and think, growing and practicing every day that is ok to say no. To put your foot down.

Learning how creativity calms my anxiety and listening to my burnt out body and mind.
Cultivating the relationship towards myself.

To all the people around me, thank you from the bottom of my heart and this means the world to me.

Slowing my life down and spending time in the moment, it has been hard and its still hard.
But i wake up everyday and go to the kitchen and make a cup of coffee and then i sit down with my journal and pen and let my day start.

I added a mix of photos from the last month, nature and feelings combined.
