One of my absolute favorite frames from Capture Saga, largely because of its simplicity.
I experimented a lot during the event and tried a few ideas that I’ll share eventually, but this quiet moment with Misa ended up standing out the most.

Misa is a joy to work with and incredibly solid in her craft. Pair that with strobe and natural light doing a careful tango, and it became one of those setups that’s just fun to explore.

We shot this on the large stone staircase leading to the second floor. This single frame alone made hauling a big strobe and modifier through a small castle worth it.

Castles sound grand in theory, but Bogesunds Slott is full of tight corridors and cozy rooms. Maybe that says something about the Swedish love for privacy and personal space.

It’s been a little over three years since this was taken.

In that time, life has done what it does best. Ups and downs, stumbles and resets. We’ve cried, we’ve laughed, said hello, and been forced to say goodbye far too many times. And somehow, through all of that, we’re still here.

Some odd number of years later. Still friends. Still talking way too much. Still laughing way too hard. Still showing up.

That kind of friendship is rare. And if you’re lucky enough to have someone like that in your life, don’t take it for granted. Hold onto it.

Here’s to many more years. More conversations that go nowhere. More tears of joy. And more moments that make absolutely no sense to anyone else.

Early September light has a very specific kind of magic.
Warm, soft, and just on the edge of fading.

With this one, I wanted to lean into that feeling and chase the same kind of warm, vibrant color palette that Violet Evergarden carries so effortlessly, letting it blend with an early fall day that was doing half the work for us.

I’m genuinely glad events like .saga exist. They matter. They give space for photographers and cosplayers to actually create, experiment, and build something together, and that’s incredibly important for the Swedish cosplay photography scene. I hope we see many more events like this going forward.

Big shoutout to for trusting me with this portrait, and to her and her husband for opening up their home for New Year’s.

Amazing food, great company, and the kind of hangout where ideas just start flying without anyone trying too hard. We definitely talked ourselves into a few fun image concepts for 2026… and that’s all I’m saying for now.

This photo was taken during Summer Meet 2025, and I’m happy to say I’ll be heading back there again this year. Some places just make creating feel easy, and this is very much one of them.

You’ve already seen the brighter images we made earlier. Those leaned into soft, diffused light spilling everywhere.

This time, I wanted darker. Grittier. Zero ambient.

Being limited to a single flash with a shoot through umbrella (shoutout to Red Kulis for coming in clutch with the modifiers since I forgot mine like an idiot) made that a challenge, but not an impossible one. Once the exposure was dialed in, Whitley Queen Modeling did the rest.

She genuinely sets the standard for what I expect from a professional model. The bar is high and she clears it effortlessly.

Yes, I’m still alive. Texas just hasn’t killed me yet. 🌞💀

Currently on a much needed vacation out here (is it still a vacation if the weather is actively trying to incinerate you?), and while I haven’t created much yet, I’ve got some fun projects lined up over the next few weeks. Which means even more editing backlog waiting for me when I get home.

Speaking of backlog, I’ve been terrible at posting (shocker), but there is now a proper archive of my shoots over on the blog (link in the bio) if you want to catch up on the stuff that doesn’t always make it to Instagram.

For now, here’s a little teaser from , the multi talented as Violet Evergarden. If you haven’t seen the anime yet, do yourself a favor — it will break your heart in the best way.

Almost started to forget I need to post photos again. I could set up scheduled posts for consistency… but I kind of like the chaotic “no idea when the next one’s dropping” vibe.

Been busy behind the scenes tightening up the admin side — model releases have been reworked, a FAQ is now live, and the privacy policy and pricing have been updated to better reflect what you get when you book with me.

This shot was already on an overcast day, but I cranked the drama with a little extra sky and dropped in a regular eagle as a stand-in for a griffin. Sometimes you gotta improvise your monsters.

made a smashing entrance at a few months ago, fully suited up and stealing the show. Since it was right here in my hometown of Örebro, I wanted to give the photo a bit of that local flavor — without losing that full-on Marvel movie feel.

Think I struck the balance pretty well on this one.

About three months back, the local branch of invited me to help shoot professional portraits for students at the local university — photos they could use for resumes, LinkedIn, or wherever life was taking them next.

Across two packed days I met a ton of wonderful people, and was one of them.
This is the result of that meeting — calm, focused, and full of light.
