I wasn't 100% sure how to articulate my feelings on hearing the news last night. Yes it's something we knew would happen one day, and whilst she wasn't our direct family, she feels like the Nation's Grandmother.

Our thoughts and love are with the Royal Family

And also with anyone, for who this news has bought to the surface any grief of their own loved ones.

Regardless of your thoughts of the Royal Family as an institution, this is a time of mourning for many people, and it's a time to be kind (as it always is, but there's been some horrid things said on social media).

RIP Your Majesty - thank you for your service, your grace and showing that women could work and have a family - a juggle many of us know x

So often a wedding cake is tucked away in the corner, then when it comes to the cake cutting your guests can't really see what's going on (especially when you add in a photographer and videographer). ​​​​​​​​

Whereas Victoria and Jack had their cake cutting in front of the double doors so that it was like a big reveal to their guests! ​​​​​​​​
