حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا دَيْلَمُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، عَبْدِيٌّ حَدَّثَنَا مَيْمُونٌ الْكُرْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيُّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
إِنَّ أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي كُلُّ مُنَافِقٍ عَلِيمِ اللِّسَانِ.

شرح الحديث:
إن أخوف ما أخاف على أمتي كل منافق عليم اللسان" هو تحذير نبوي عظيم من خطر المنافقين أصحاب الفصاحة والبيان؛ لأن خطرهم أشد من العدو الظاهر الذي يحذره المسلمون ويسهل كشفه. وتكمن خطورتهم القاتلة في باطنهم الذي يسعى لهدم الدين وتفكيك الأمة من الداخل، مستغلين مهاراتهم اللغوية، وحلاوة كلامهم، وطلاقة ألسنتهم لتزيين الباطل وتلبيس الحقائق، مما يغتر به الناس فيستمعون إليهم وينقادون لأفكارهم المضللة، ويقعون في الشبهات.
It was narrated from Umar bin al Khattab رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“The thing I fear most for my community is every hypocrite who is eloquent in speech.”

Explanation of the Hadith:
"The saying, 'What I fear most for my Ummah is every hypocrite with an eloquent tongue,' is a grave prophetic warning against the danger of hypocrites who possess fluency and eloquence. Their danger is far more severe than that of an overt enemy, whom Muslims are naturally cautious of and can easily expose. Their fatal threat lies within their hidden malice, as they actively strive to demolish the religion and dismantle the Ummah from within. They exploit their linguistic skills, sweet talk, and silver tongues to beautify falsehood and distort facts. Consequently, people are deceived by them, listening to them, following their misleading ideas, and falling into misconceptions."
