Design in PolyBoard: Build your cabinet or furniture project with all dimensions, materials, and hardware joints (dowel, cam lock, hinge holes) fully defined.
Export Cutting List: Go to the Cutting list menu, select Cutting list, and export the data as a CSV or TXT file for optimization programs like OptiCut.
Export DXF / CNC Files: Navigate to File > Postprocessor > Export, and choose your configured DXF or machine-specific post-processor.
Organize by Material: PolyBoard creates sub-folders for each material containing individual DXF part files with custom layer names for your tools.
CAM and Nesting Integration: Import the DXF files into your CAM software (such as Alphacam) or nesting tool (like OptiNest) to automatically generate G-code and toolpaths for your CNC router.
