Ingredients:

3 grams tuna head ( pwde bisan unsa nga klase sa isda. Pwde bisan dli ulo)
1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
2 medium size tomatoes (ground)
5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 PC green hot chilli (finely chopped)
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp Pomegranate sauce
2 tsp Mixed spices
1/2 tsp Black lemon powder
1/2 tbsp butter
1 cup hot water
Salt

Wash fish thoroughly and set aside. Melt butter in a pan in low heat. Then add onions. Simmer for a minute. Add garlic and green hot chilli. Simmer for another minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for another few minutes. Add hot water and let boil for another few minutes. Add mixed spices and black lemon powder. Add Pomegranate sauce and salt to taste. Add the fish and coriander leaves and let Cook in 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy.

Craving for pasta? Let me share this very easy, simple and healthy pasta recipe.

Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:

2 grams chicken breast ( sliced strips)
2.5 grams Spaghetti noodles
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes ground
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp Black lemon powder
2 tsp Mixed spices ( cinnamon, coriander, cumin, star anise, black pepper, cardamom, turmeric, hot chilli, ginger)
1/4 cup ground or chopped fresh coriander leaves

Procedure: Cook Spaghetti noodles in briskly boiling water. Add 1 tbsp oil and add some salt to taste. Let the noodles cook in few minutes until the desired tenderness is obtained. Drained noodles and set aside.

Cook ground Tomatoes in a pan over medium heat until water is dried up.

Put 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan and melt in low fire. Saute onions in 2 minutes then add the chicken breast. Let it simmer in another 3 minutes. Add the cooked tomatoes. Put mixed spices and black lemon. Then add the coriander leaves. Add the Cook Spaghetti noodles and mixed thoroughly.
Now your pasta is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
