There is always a moment where we are overwhelmed. Moments were we feel that all is pushing us down, pushing us below. Those times are real and painful, but there will be the time that you will rise above, from beneath, breath in fresh air again, and everything will be on a different perspective. Those are the times we live for. Make the most of them.

This year our future was put on hold, the way forward has been lost and contact with loved was has been stripped from us. It is still dark but along the way there are many sources of light. All we have to do is look for them, take pleasure in the little things.
